We purchased two of these fan vents to replace some old ones. They are very well made and look like little windows. Our house foundation is fifty years old and sometimes things do not always fit as they should. However, we got them installed and they look great and the air is so much better. We like the way they let natural light into the crawlspace area and they open and close easily to control the air flow.
It was effortless to install, even with the fans. The instructions provided all of the information needed. Really like the option of it being opened ( summer warm air ), or closed ( winter cold air ) and they help with the moisture. Works smoothly look great. My neighbors are getting theirs. Beats that crummy vent that was their hands down. It’s definitely an upgrade!
This window is great. Well built and looks good. Will be nice to be able to see the double-pane glass window for summer air ventilation and seal up for winter cold air without crawling in the crawl space. Looking forward to years of service from the unit and will look to replace others with the same. Also, U.S.A. built. Window opens and closes very easily and the screen will keep the unwanted out.
I purchased one of your fan vents off of Amazon recently and had great success with this product. I actually used it for a small vent window in a seasonal greenhouse attached to the house and I was the perfect thing I was looking for. I liked how it has a double pane window and seals up nicely for cold air. This fan seems like it was constructed well. Will be interested to see how it does next winter! The only thing I would suggest is if it could have the option to open from the inside.
I ordered the white crawl space window fans, this is a great item, looks very stylish. Finally, someone made a window for a crawl space cover, when I asked around at all the window companies, no one has these. And I really missed the summer air. Going to order more for our other three vents with fans. Can't wait for them to be installed when they ship.
